Terms of use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Tidy at gotidy.ai. By using Tidy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact ajaen@gotidy.ai.

Account access

Tidy is an invite-only workspace for connecting and analyzing data. Keep your sign-in accounts secure, provide accurate account information, and only use accounts you are authorized to access. If you use Tidy for an organization, you must have authority to connect its data and use the service on its behalf.

Your data and connected services

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You authorize Tidy to process that content and the data you choose to connect as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload or connect information you have permission to use and share for this purpose.

Connecting a data source is optional. Third-party services have their own terms, permissions, availability, and limits. Disconnecting a source does not by itself delete previously stored chats or data; see the Privacy Policy for your choices.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tidy for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, phishing, or infringement of others' rights. Do not attempt to access another person's workspace without permission, bypass access controls, expose credentials, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

AI-generated answers

Tidy's answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Check important results against their sources before relying on them. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions you make using them. Tidy is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Sign-in and support

You sign in through Google or Microsoft. Tidy checks new-account invitations against the email supplied by your provider without sending a separate verification email. Previously issued Tidy verification links no longer verify accounts. For access questions or to report unwanted messages, contact ajaen@gotidy.ai.

Availability and ending access

Features may change or be unavailable, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. You can stop using Tidy at any time and request account or data deletion at ajaen@gotidy.ai. The Privacy Policy explains current deletion options.

Changes and your rights

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. We will provide any notice required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
